Four Days of Food, Fun, and Campus Spirit at Gulf Coast State College!
Panama City, FL – Gulf Coast State College’s Student Government Association (SGA) is kicking off the semester in style with Welcome Back Week, happening August 18–21. Students, faculty, and staff are invited to grab their crew, pack their school spirit, and enjoy four days packed with food, activities, and campus vibes you don’t want to miss.
From energizing breakfasts to a full-blown block party, each day offers something new to help you connect, unwind, and start the year strong.
Event Highlights
Monday, August 18 – Mindful Monday

7:45 AM: Chick-fil-A Breakfast – Catch them at CHC, SUE, Health Sciences, and more.

11:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Affirmation Bracelets, Vision Boards, & Trucker Hat Bar – Create your own vibe in the SUE Cafeteria.
Tuesday, August 19 – Takeoff Tuesday

8:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Iced Coffee Bar – Kickstart your morning in the SUE Cafeteria.

11:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Students vs Staff Showdown – Battle for bragging rights in the Corridor.
Wednesday, August 20 – Whip It Wednesday

9:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Loaded Teas – Sip and chill before the grill.

11:30 AM – 2:00 PM: Cookout – Bring your appetite and your A-game for fresh-off-the-grill eats, giant games, and live music in the Corridor.
Thursday, August 21 – Turn Up Thursday

11:30 AM – 2:00 PM: Block Party – End the week with a bang! Music, dancing, pure campus energy, raffle prizes, and more in the SUE Cafeteria.
