23rd Street PD&E Study Update

State Road (S.R.) 368 (23rd Street) Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study Virtual Project Update

CHIPLEY, FL – The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has new information concerning the State Road (S.R.) 368 (23rd Street) Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study from U.S. 98 to S.R. 390/St. Andrews Boulevard in Bay County. This information can be accessed online beginning 12 p.m. (CDT), Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at nwflroads.com/calendar. 

The intent of this project is to evaluate adding capacity to S.R. 368 (23rd Street) by widening the 1.8 mile roadway from four to six lanes.

Maps, drawings, and other information will be available for review at www.nwflroads.com/calendar. The deadline to submit official comments related to this project update is Thursday, Apr. 25, 2024.
