Empowering Veterans: Free Business Classes

Veterans needing business start-up help can turn to Warrior Rising

Are you a Veteran with aspirations of entrepreneurship and business ownership? Do you need guidance to help you put your idea into action?

Warrior Rising is positioned to help you. A non-profit organization launched by Veterans for Veterans in 2015, Warrior Rising is dedicated to transforming Veterans into “Vetrepreneurs,” providing them opportunities to create sustainable businesses, perpetuate the hiring of fellow American Veterans, and earning their future.

We know that many Veterans feel lost and overwhelmed after their time in service, grappling with health issues and uncertainty about the future. We’d like to share the story of one of our Veteran entrepreneurs and their journey to success. The story emphasizes the importance of seeking out all the avenues of assistance to get on the right path in order to ensure the best chance of success.

After struggling for many months, this Veteran turned to an organization called REE Medical, which served to help her reclaim health and purpose. With their expertise and unwavering support, this Veteran found renewed strength and direction.

But the story doesn’t end there. Warrior Rising, whether it is in conjunction with programs offered through VA or otherwise, offers Veterans a pathway to success beyond their service, providing resources and support to turn their entrepreneurial dreams into reality. Through hard work, a lot of pivoting and perseverance, this Veteran was able to create not one but two distinct businesses that are now thriving.

If you or someone you know is facing the challenges of transitioning to civilian life after service, think about the avenue that opportunities like Warrior Rising offers to get on track to create something amazing with your future, with you in charge of that destiny. Warrior Rising offers not just assistance, but a roadmap to resilience and achievement.

Warrior Rising’s next online course starts Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024. This free Service-Disabled Veteran Entrepreneurs (SDVET) program includes four weeks of web-based instruction, followed by participation in other programs Warrior Rising offers (Warrior Academy, Veteran Business Accelerator program, virtual-live Coaching and Master Class sessions).

Apply no later than 6 p.m. ET on Feb. 26, 2024 at Warrior Rising SDVET Program Registration. The next presentation of this course will be in September 2024.
