Road Closures in St. Andrews

Notification of road closures in St. Andrews neighborhood due to D-11 Infrastructure Improvement Project

13th Street from Beck Avenue to Chestnut Avenue began on October 23, 2023 and will be closed for a duration of approximately two weeks.

14th Street from Foster Avenue to Hickory Avenue began on October 23, 2023 and will be closed for approximately three weeks.

Foster Avenue from 13th Street to 13th Court will be closed beginning November 2, 2023 for a duration of roughly 1.5 weeks.

The closures are part of the Area D-11 Infrastructure Improvement Project.
