GCSC’s Respiratory Care Program Extends Application Deadline

Panama City, FL– Gulf Coast State College is pleased to share the extension of the application deadline for its esteemed Respiratory Care Program for the Fall 2023 cohort. Aspiring healthcare professionals now have the opportunity to apply for this comprehensive program regarded for producing skilled respiratory therapy professionals.

 

Gulf Coast’s Respiratory Care Program offers a vigorous curriculum covering critical topics such as cardiopulmonary anatomy, patient assessment, and therapeutic interventions. With state-of-the-art facilities and knowledgeable faculty, students gain hands-on experience and personalized guidance throughout their education.

 

Graduates complete the program well-prepared for licensure exams to become Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT), enhancing their career potential. The Bureau of Labor Statistics projects the employment of respiratory therapists to grow 14 percent by 2031, with an average annual wage of $61,850 in 2021.
