Don Cox and Joey Capo from The Krewe of St. Andrews joined The Mix to talk about their upcoming 3-day festival happening next weekend. On February 18th, 19th, and 20th the Krewe will be hosting their 25th Mardi Gras Festival in Historic St. Andrews. This is their 25th year so they have a lot planned for this 3 day weekend! Friday

Friday, February 18th, the festival will kick off with the kid’s parade beginning at 4:30 pm. Afterward, there will be a live band and more festivities throughout the night until 10 pm. You can hear from Far Too Fresh, get some food from vendors in the area and have a great time in the community.

Saturday

Saturday, February 19th, the Main Parade will begin at 2:00 pm. The entire festival that day will run from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm as well. You can catch over 14 Krewes on over 30 floats complete with the color guard, and even a lineup of the last 25 years of Krewe Kings and Queens! Food, drink, and live music will give be available throughout the day. 

Sunday

Sunday, February 20th at 2:30 pm they will be hosting their Pet Parade. The festival runs all day from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. If you want to bring your pet to dress up in Mardi Gras attire, you can register before the event at 1:30 pm.
