Seminole Landing: New Student Housing for FSU-PC & Gulf Coast State College Students

Seminole Landing

Caleb Jordan and Dana Erskine talked to Leigh Ann Maya from FSU-PC about Seminole Landing, the new student residential housing at FSU Panama City. The housing will be for students at FSU-PC as well as those registered at Gulf Coast State College. Seminole Landing will feature one to four bedroom floor plans as well as a variety of amenities.

There is currently no student housing for either campus so this will be an added bonus for local students as well as students from out-of-state. The projected completion date is August of 2021. Seminole Landing is now accepting lease applications for the Fall 2021 semester, from students at either campus.
