The City is undertaking a mandatory safety inspection of all properties in the city. Each will be assigned a green, yellow or red sticker. 

Green means safe to occupy. 

Yellow means safe to occupy but needs work to remain safe. 

Red means potentially dangerous conditions and needs further evaluation by a contractor or design professional, or potential inside damage and no one home.

The inspections will occur over the next two weeks.
