Emerald Coast Studio is produced by Studio 812, Lynn Haven, in association with the GCCC Music Technology Program.

Each show contains a mix of live performances and conversations with the artists about their music with host Peter Michael. The full range of professional local and regional entertainers is included, from individual singer/songwriters to a full 24 voice group such as the Harmony Shores Chorus. On occasion, the program travels live on location to venues such as the Martin Theatre, Pineapple Willys, McKenzie Park and the Amelia Center Theatre to record artists in special performances.

Several times each year, the program is based at the Green Room of the Martin Theatre for a series of Americana/folk programs hosted by Lucky Mud.
