Dr. Terry Jack, Editorial Commentator  
Elkin Terry Jack has been a member of the Gulf Coast Community College family
since 1973, and teaches classes in American Government and Politics. Before earning an
M.A.and Ph.D in Political Science from the University of Southern Mississippi,
he served with the 18th Engineering Brigade in Vietnam. Dr. Jack is married and has one daughter.
