"This clinic is so much more than about just one organization. It is about ALL the local organizations that absolutely need this vital service to stop the pet overpopulation crisis we have in Bay County. With this meeting we are trying to bring together all the animal welfare organizations, and those that support them, for an effort that will require the entire community's support," stated Charles Cromer, Director of Operation Spay Bay and President of Animal Rescue Center.
Operation Spay Bay is an organization consisting of several local rescues all coming together for the focused goal of reducing the needless euthanasia we see in our kill shelters on a daily basis. Operation Spay Bay consists of the following organizations and other dedicated individuals: Animal Rescue Center of Bay County, Inc.; Castaway Cats, Inc.; Humane Society of Bay County, Inc.; and Panama City Beach Paws and Claws, Inc.
