Location: GCSC, Panama City, FL.
Marine Science Camp
Experience a week full of observations, experiments and interactions with Florida's coastal ecology. Topics include predator-prey relationships, adaptations and camouflages, seagrass beds and their role as estuaries, microorganisms of the bay, and many more topics involving coastal ecology.
Spend time observing, examining, and researching the biodiversity of organisms. A busy but fun-filled week of working with science tools and exploring all that our coast has to offer awaits you! Students will be required to have water shoes, wear water-safe clothing, and bring a towel each day.
