As a funding recipient of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, WKGC-FM is required to have regularly scheduled meetings of a Community Advisory Board.

Members of the WKGC Community Advisory Board Board are composed of community members, who are nominated by the President of Gulf coast Community College.
